L’apporto artistico, di Dina Figueiredo nel Centro Ave Arte, con le ricche vivacità di colori e la forte sensibilità alla luce, è molto peculiare.
Il Santuario Maria Theotokos è un edificio congeniato molto bene, di elevata rilevatura.
Le vetrate fanno incontrare un interno luminosissimo, le loro ampiezze suscitano sensazioni particolari, dove la forza irrompente e modellata della luce e dei colori, sono di una bellezza speciale, diffondo un’atmosfera di pace e forza armonica.
In quasi tutte le parete ci sono queste vetrate splendide che tra l’altro lasciano intravedere la natura dietro, con i giardini e le colline. C’è un dialogo intenso, piacevolissimo, gradevole di forte misticismo, dove la comunicazione visiva tra le due dimensione spaziale è perfetta. Sono ricche di una sintesi spirituale!
Si puo’ dire che sono geniali sia per la forza artistica come per quanto concerne la tecnologia utilizzata nel realizzarle. A mio vedere sono degli autentici capolavori.

Stained Glass Windows for Churches
Italy - Panama - Portugal
The church is flooded by the light of continuous stained glass windows, from the floor to the ceiling, birth and death unify and merge with the architecture, underlining the spaces with the strength of colors and the continuity of lines.
The Christian is born of water
and the Spirit.
The Eucharist invites us to participate personally in Jesus’ redeeming sacrifice.

Miracle of the loaves and fishes
Across the Tejo river (Tagus River) very close to Lisbon the church N.a Sra.Do Monte (Our Lady of the Mount Church) with three large stained glass windows alluding to the three theological virtues in a "manifestation overflowing
with beauty".
A pilgrim Church! Carrying her candles the Church recognizes that the source of her flame is in the light that envelops everyone, a light born from the pierced heart.
Welcoming, a characterisqc element of Bethany experienced in a deep "entering in", through the great evangelical icon of the AnnunciaQon realized in stained glass on the facade of the building.
Two small chapels that were once built up by the faith and work of our ancestors show the love of many
and the warmth of a house that belongs to God and not to men.
The intense colors and lines express the divine that reaches men through the mystery of the Incarnation,
of the Eucharist and of the Service.
Encouraging spiritual growth and strengthening the faith of the faithful, giving meaning and value to the liturgy was the basis of each
of my work.
